Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. There will be no refunds issued for purchases made through this website.

Because classes for SnoKids, SnoStudents and SnoParents are formed by age, skill level, date and time chosen as well as choice of ski or boarding they are filled on a first come-first served basis. It is for this reason we cannot offer refunds once purchases have been made.

All purchases are valid for the current operating season and may not be exchanged or transferred to the following season.

Season Passes

A Season Pass is NONTRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. If the pass is altered or used by anyone else, it will be immediately and permanently revoked. A Season Pass is valid anytime the slopes are open. The pass must be visible to lift operators and management whenever using the lift. A lift ticket must be purchased if the pass is left home. If the pass is lost or stolen, there will be a $20.00 replacement fee. Once the pass is issued it is the Pass Holder’s responsibility to use it as stipulated. The Pass Holder is expected to ski/ride obeying the rules and regulations of the state of PA and Mount Pleasant of Edinboro including meeting all equipment safety requirements.

SnoKids, SnoStudents, SnoParents

These are six week programs held on Saturdays and Sundays. These programs are NONTRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Should weather affect the operation of the program, whereby a class or classes may not be held, Mount Pleasant of Edinboro will extend the program additional weeks, weather permitting, to complete the 6-week program. Mount Pleasant of Edinboro is not responsible for weather which may prevent the completion of the program. If weather prevents the completion of the program no refunds will be issued. All SnoKids, SnoStudents and SnoParents passes are accepted for the remainder of the season on the scheduled day and time once the program has been completed. Post six week session does NOT include rentals.

Shipping

Season Passes

All Season Passes must be picked up in person at the lodge once the season officially begins. A photograph of the pass holder is required before the pass is issued, therefore, they cannot be shipped to the purchaser prior to the opening of the season.

SnoKids, SnoStudents, SnoParents

All SnoKids, SnoStudents, SnoParents Program passes must be picked up in person at the lodge. A photograph of the pass holder is required before the pass is issued, therefore, they cannot be shipped to the purchaser prior to the opening of the season.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards will be mailed USPS First Class to the purchaser's address or a secondary "Ship To" option listed in the checkout portion of the website. Mount Pleasant of Edinboro will not mail Gift Cards to multiple addresses if made as one purchase.

Privacy Policy

Mount Pleasant of Edinboro uses the information collected on registration forms to process and fill the purchaser's passes, programs or gift card requests. Mount Pleasant of Edinboro does not share, sell or disseminate this information in any way. All information collected for the purpose of these transactions are stored on a secure server site.
